We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Manage office operations and assist in event planning as needed.
Seeking individuals with 3+ years of experience and proficiency in MS Office. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
