About The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Recycling team in a full time position. As a Labourer, you’ll work as part of a supportive and dedicated team to perform a range of tasks and ensure the effective operation of our service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process recyclable materials from non-recyclable items and monitor the quality of sorted materials.
- Perform a range of tasks in a safe and timely manner whilst wearing the required protective equipment.
- Build on your knowledge of work health and safety requirements in the workplace and communicate any unsafe conditions or behaviors to your Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people living with disability.

Skills, Traits and Qualifications
- Previous laboring experience is desirable
- Safety focused mindset
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
- Working or lived experience with people with disability is desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
This position is remunerated with a salary of $50,211+ NFP Salary Packaging, Super and Annual Leave Loading.
