Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of PPM solutions to support organizational goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Provide technical expertise in PPM tools and software to optimize project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and enforce best practices for project planning execution and monitoring.
• Ensure the integration of PPM solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct regular assessments of project performance and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate training and support for team members on PPM tools and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities.
• Support the development of strategic roadmaps for PPM initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and reporting.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project management team.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
• Demonstrate experience in Research and Development domain is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Showcase proficiency in PPM tools and software.
• Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Certifications Required

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
