As an Production Merchandiser at Kappahl Group, your main responsibility will be to ensure suppliers understand and follow our requirements.
You’ll communicate efficiently with buyers and product assistants about sample follow-up and delivery, addressing any quality or timeline issues. You’ll also work to shorten sampling lead times and routinely collect sustainable certificates from suppliers.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from both factory and buying house, this position has full responsibility for order follow up till shipment. Should be graduate preferably with Textile education.
- Knowledge of Jersey & underwear products will be considered as an added advantage.
- Analytical skills: To be able to foresee eventual problems on high-risk products and can take advance actions to prevent the problem.
- Pro-active attitude and ability to prioritize and organize the work process to be efficient.
- Driven to work towards common goals through collaboration and encourage others to do as well.
- You are socially competent with a humble attitude and ability to work in team.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and the local language, with excellent communication skills.
