The Role ?

We’re looking for Software Engineers to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is your chance to be a hands-on contributor in a collaborative, high-performance environment where you’ll hit the ground running and ship code from week one.

You’ll work across our stack to:

• Frontend: Build intuitive, high-performance interfaces with Vue.js.
• Backend: Develop scalable APIs and robust features using Express.js.
• Databases: Shape our data flow with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• AI Systems: Create integrations that enable powerful multi-agent systems to process data, manage workflows, and solve real-world problems.

You’ll join a team of 20 engineers, many of whom are early in their careers but driven to achieve incredible things. You’ll be supported by tenured teammates and seniors who are still hands-on. Our rituals include daily virtual standups, regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and a culture that values deliberate, thoughtful scaling—we focus on doing things right, not just fast.

• Innovate: Design and implement cutting-edge capabilities for self-serve and enterprise customers, such as metadata tagging, billing systems, and organisation-level permissions.
