Quantity Surveyor – Central London
Our client specialises in luxury residential refurb projects and is looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
They are looking for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, ideally from a high end residential refurbishment background. You’ll be working on some of London’s most high end refurbishments valued from £2-8mil. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that is well-renowned in the sector and can offer brilliant growth opportunities!
The Ideal Quantity Surveyor Will Have/be
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on high end residential refurbishment projects
- Client facing
- Strong Numeracy skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Details
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Central London based sites, Central London based office
- Salary: £50-70,000 per annum
