Regional Retail Operations Supervisor

Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

The position is responsible for retail sales analysis & boutique operations coordination for the APAC retail network. He/She needs to work closely with the team to ensure the boutiques are following grooming and operation guidelines, operating according to maison’s standards in terms of operations procedures, display, customer service etc. The job holder will also be responsible for preparing different retail reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate into boutique selling and operations activities to achieve sales target and operations efficiency
  • Provide on-site operations support to boutique includes but not limited to stock transfer, stock receiving and other back of house tasks
  • Support, monitor and coordinate with boutiques on daily operations subjects, ensure they are operated under maison’s guideline
  • Implement group safety guidelines and risk management
  • Manage retail KPIs, monthly commission and expenses control
  • Prepare various retail reports for management review
  • Responsible for boutique supplies order and replenishment
  • Distribute HQ’s VM guideline and ensure boutique has followed it closely
  • Consolidate and follow up on boutique maintenance with vendor
  • Work closely with Customer Service Centre to provide before and after-sales-services, consolidate the defective claims for merchandising team to follow
  • Coordinate with Boutiques and Communications Department for CRM events as well as client’s information capture and management
  • Provide on site support to the Friends & Family Sale
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB PROFILE

  • University degree with minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations
  • With Asia Pacific regional knowledge is a plus
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft programmes and strong in excel
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
