General Job Description

Responsible to cook all Vietnamese Food, Western Food and Dietetic Food according to FV Hospital Recipe.

  • Responsible for cooking food on time.
  • Follow food recipes properly.
  • Reduce Food wasted daily.
  • Responsible for cooking Food for events in Hospital.
  • Maintain all equipment in kitchen in good condition.
  • Responsible for Food safety & DOH regulation’s implementation.
  • Report to Head chef any incident in Kitchen on time.
  • Do replace absent staff that is in accident or take annual leave.
  • Follow instructions by Head Chef and/or F&B Manager

General Requirements

  • Qualification: Food Beverage Certificate
  • Experience: 1 years in F&B department
  • Skills and knowledge: Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Foreign language(s): English
