General Job Description
Responsible to cook all Vietnamese Food, Western Food and Dietetic Food according to FV Hospital Recipe.
- Responsible for cooking food on time.
- Follow food recipes properly.
- Reduce Food wasted daily.
- Responsible for cooking Food for events in Hospital.
- Maintain all equipment in kitchen in good condition.
- Responsible for Food safety & DOH regulation’s implementation.
- Report to Head chef any incident in Kitchen on time.
- Do replace absent staff that is in accident or take annual leave.
- Follow instructions by Head Chef and/or F&B Manager
General Requirements
- Qualification: Food Beverage Certificate
- Experience: 1 years in F&B department
- Skills and knowledge: Food & Beverage knowledge
- Foreign language(s): English
