Responsibilities
- Manage design and construction projects from start to completion
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and review plans
- Multitask effectively on multiple projects
- Handle high-stress situations with composure and efficiency
- Read quotations and draft plans as neededRequirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Experienced in the construction field
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret plans and quotations
- Education in architecture, interior architecture, or building engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in design and construction
