Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis for Procurement of Services & Goods
  • Interaction with Engineering, Production and other departments.
  • Preparation of internal documents for approval.
  • Approval of billing break-up.
  • Knowledge of Conditions of Contract.
  • Manage the procurement activities for large size capex for different project
  • Dealing with bank guarantees and advance payments.
  • Database of Vendors for all types of Raw material, Spares, Consumables, Capital Goods & Services.
  • Preparation of Departmental MIS.
  • Post Award Activities – Preparation of Change Order Proposal including Qty./ Rate variation, Extra items, Time

Extensions, Expediting for timely completion of deliverables etc.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 10 -14 Years
