This position reports to

Local Product Group Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects related to the manufacturing unit, including the full scope of Production, Procurement, Logistics, Operational Planning and Industrialization,

Responsible for developing business action plans for the unit(s), aligned with business area/division/product group strategy and targets,

Monitors plan implementation and tracks any deviations for corrective action,

Prepares annual budget, oversees progress, and determines measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources,

Ensuring that all switchgears are manufactured in a safe way, on time and in the right quality,

Ensuring 5S system, highest quality, and health & safety standards (6S),

Focusing on internal processes, lean production, continuous people improvement, and increase of productivity,

Team work based on coaching, goal engagement and leadership development in the pursuit of reaching strategic goals,

Collaborate with other stakeholders locally and globally to ensure the team’s goals are aligned

  • Co-operation on strategic planning with other departments, Participation in company projects, responsibility for rationalization, cost optimization programs, OPEX projects, Responsibility for the most effective production costs, layout, and technology according to the strategic development plan, Execution of orders according to customer needs and master plan, Operative planning, preparation & production, Ensurement of technical solutions of orders, Ensurement of requested delivery time, Responsibility for changes in the production and capacity planning adjustments, Responsibility for the quality of solutions and products, Responsibility for the education and motivation of people.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial etc),
  • 7+ Years experience in Management Position,
  • 7+ Years experience in Operation areas (Quality, Engineering, Production, Planning and Fullfillment),
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes, and culture of high performance/excellence in operation and Management,
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence,
  • Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills,
  • Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience,
  • Fluency in English & Turkish.
