We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Trainee to join us for an awesome 1-year and 3-month adventure where you’ll get hands-on experience in brand visibility, sales strategies, and in-store activations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotions in retail stores, supermarkets, and other sales channels.
• Assist in designing and implementing point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store displays, and merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Conduct market research and store visits to analyze marketing activities, consumer trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Help organize brand activations, events, and promotions that connect with customers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring Coca-Cola HBC’s products magic to life at the point of sale!

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Passion for trade marketing, sales strategies, and consumer engagement in retail spaces.
• Strong communication and organizational skills—you’ll be working with teams across different departments!
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)—bonus points if you know basic data analysis!
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
