Role Summary
The Business to Business Sales Coordinator assists the Business to Business Sales Manager by handling administrative tasks for the Business to Business Sales department. This role ensures smooth operations and supports high-quality service delivery. The focus is on facilitating efficient and effective business-to-business sales processes.
ROLE PROFILE
- Prepare daily individual and sales/key performance indicator reports, maintain the department filing system, and update customer data regularly.
- Organize and coordinate the schedules of interior designers, and manage the gift registry process to keep customers informed.
- Answer customer inquiries, direct calls, promptly address concerns, and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
- Compile and format statistical and budget-related reports, maintain related databases, prepare customer quotations, and ensure stock availability in coordination with store teams.
- Support Majid Al Futtaim’s sustainability strategy and uphold high standards of customer service to provide an exceptional experience.
- Assist internal teams throughout the sales process, ensuring adherence to operational policies, data accuracy, and quality of work.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exhibit behavioral competencies including prioritizing work, clear communication, taking ownership, and fostering a customer-first approach, with collaboration and innovation encouraged in daily tasks.
- Show commitment to learning and self-improvement, seeking feedback and contributing ideas for enhanced efficiency and creativity.
- Hold a high school certificate with at least 2 years of experience in retail, cash handling, or secretarial roles.
