Job Description
A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver’s license as a company van will be provided.
This role will require the ability to drive to the following locations for assignments:
Miami
Aventura
Bal Harbour
Wellington
West Palm Beach
Palm Beach
Sawgrass
The Falls
Dadeland
Boca Raton
Coral Gables
Fort Lauderdale
Hollywood
Miramar Beach
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
- Must have experience with:
- Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
- Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
- Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
- Construction cleanups
- Carpet extractions
- Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Hi-low dusting
- General office cleaning
- Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
- Reporting hours to payroll
Bilingual English And Spanish Skills Required
Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
