About Your Role

Join our creative team at Unita as a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Construction Manager and collaborating with top-tier professionals in our project delivery team. Located in East Melbourne, our office offers easy access to public transport, providing an exciting backdrop for your next career adventure!

What Your Days Will Look Like

As a Unita Project Manager, leading a delivery team of Contract Administrators and Site Managers, you’ll deliver innovative fit-out projects across various sectors with precision, creativity, and passion. Working within a high-performing team, ensuring projects meet high quality standards, safe building practices and deliver on success through seamless client collaboration.

With a focus on client relationships, efficient delivery, and quality, you’ll shape the future of construction to deliver unique, high quality project outcomes. Some interstate travel may be required due to the nature of our clients and projects.

What You Will Bring To The Role

We’re seeking individuals with strong computer literacy, tertiary and / or trade qualifications, 6+ years’ experience as PM or similar in fit-out projects across sectors, including retail, hospitality, health, or commercial construction. As a leader, you’ll drive success by effectively collaborating with our delivery partners and overcoming challenges with resilience and foresight.
