Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a project focused on connecting two pharmacies on the Business Central (BC) platform. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders in Sweden and analyst/development teams based in Lithuania to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and gather requirements for the BC platform integration between two pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution aligns with business goals.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Document requirements, workflows, and process changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or system integration projects.

Strong understanding of business process optimization and requirement gathering.

Experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, Retail, or Pharmacy industries is an advantage.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
