Project Manager

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our clients fast-paced team. You will play a key role in managing and delivering strategic projects related to the no-code platform, ensuring that our solutions continue to lead the market in innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, an understanding of tech-driven solutions, and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead key projects, from platform development to integrations with insurers and lenders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to make sure everything stays on track and on time.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Keep projects within scope and on budget while managing risks and any changes that come up.
• Keep stakeholders in the loop, providing regular updates on progress and any issues.
• Help integrate advanced tools like pricing models, reserving models, and claims simulations.
• Look for ways to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all projects follow best practices and industry standards.

W What You Need To Have

• Solid experience as a Project Manager, especially in tech or fintech.
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Organized with great communication skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Comfortable with software development processes and integrating third-party systems (APIs, cloud-hosted solutions).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or something similar.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in insurance, lending, or financial tech desirable
