We are seeking a Scrum Master/ Business Analyst to join our team for a new opportunity.

This role is REMOTE. Candidate must reside in the United States.

What You Get To Do.

• Directly oversees the performance of individual task orders (BPA Calls), including the day-to-day management of technical teams and deliverables
• Lead project execution for BPA Call #1 and other task orders
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including GSA functional area leads, for requirements gathering
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and automated processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
• Provide regular status reports to the Program Manager and government
• Ability to manage Agile teams and workflows

Required Skills.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum five (5) years of experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Dashboards) and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet)
