Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing, a deep understanding of payroll regulations, and proficiency in using Oracle payroll systems. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
- Handle social insurance (GOSI) calculations and reporting.
- Process end-of-service benefits in accordance with Saudi labor laws.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and deductions.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Provide support during internal and external payroll audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Manage all aspects of employee benefits, including annual tickets, commissions, and other compensation-related payments.

- Must be a Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Oracle payroll systems is required.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
