Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshoot common customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, such as response time and satisfaction ratings.
  • Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
