Floor Coverings International of Cedar Park, TX is looking for a top-notch Production Coordinator to add to our team.

• Flooring or related knowledge is required.
• Bilingual preferred.

We are a locally, Veteran owned and operated, residential flooring company that sells and installs a variety of flooring materials to include carpet, hardwood, vinyl and tile flooring. We work very hard to ensure that we provide the best possible flooring experience for our customers.

Job Summary

The Production Coordinator is a role that revolves around a high level of customer service, communication, problem solving, and organization along with some technical responsibilities. Any eye for detail is the key to making sure that each project looks great before being revealed to the end user. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and will accept ownership of this role.

• Ensure that all products needed for the job are ordered accurately and arrives on time.
• Communicate with customers regarding the installation schedule and process and how it will affect their daily lives and the condition of their home.
• Complete job site visits daily for all projects to check in with installers and update customers.

Other Duties

• Work nights and weekends as needed (training or other events)
• Carry out small installations or repairs – this often involves transitions and moldings.
• Lifting up to 80 lbs. on occasion.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, along with paints, stains, and finishes.
• Keep warehouse and company vehicles organized and presentable.

Production Coordinator Qualifications

• Customer Service/Production/Operations background
• Strong communication skills (over the phone and in-person)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently without supervision and problem solve.
• Ability to manage crews, calendars, and salespeople.

Compensation and Work Hours

This is a full-time salaried position that will be compensated commensurate with experience and qualifications – $45,000 – $55,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.

General hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, varying depending on the daily production workflow. Weekend hours are rare, but necessary on occasion.

Compensation: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
