- Work Location: Western Region Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Admin with a construction background to join our team. The Site Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage and maintain all administrative tasks related to the construction site, including but not limited to filing, data entry, record keeping, and document control.
- – Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate submission of project-related documents.
- – Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and other project documentation as required.
- – Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- – Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- – Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget.
- – Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
- – Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
- – Provide support to the project team as needed, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- – Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- – Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and terminology.
- – Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- – Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- – Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- – Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
