Project Recruiter

We are looking for a Project Recruiter to join our People Team, working on THIENTU’s hiring projects. Youll play a vital role in acquiring and attracting exceptional talent to build a world-class team.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Project Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment life cycle for a variety of roles. This involves:

• Owning the process to ensure timely, quality hires while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
• Developing creative sourcing channels, building pipelines, conducting market talent mapping, and maintaining relationships with high-potential candidates.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team and engaging directly with the client HR team to understand project-specific manpower needs, align on requirements, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process

Who We Are Looking For

Were seeking someone who brings energy, curiosity, and commitment to the role. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience: 01 years in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or related fields (expertise in sourcing is a plus but not required).
