Aircraft Cabin Technician

Overview

STS Aviation Services is hiring Aircraft Cabin Technicians in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft interiors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seats, panels, and all other aircraft interior components under maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and repair in accordance with relevant Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs).
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and airport procedures.
• Ensure a Foreign Object Debris (FOD)-free work environment, cleaning and organizing work areas before and after tasks.
• Prepare all necessary materials, tools, and documentation at the start of each shift.
• Return unused serviceable and unserviceable items to stores with proper labeling.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and premises in a serviceable, clean, and safe condition.
• Properly label all items taken from stores before delivery to the aircraft.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and procedural updates.
• Complete required training to enhance technical skills and contribute effectively.
• Perform all tasks in compliance with Safety & Quality Management Plan (SQMP) requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
• Minimum five years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Cabin Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer drawings, Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs), and AMMs.
• Must meet qualifying criteria for all required security clearances.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing work requirements.
