As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data into our systems, ensuring the integrity of the data and supporting the smooth functioning of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data entries.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Respond to requests for data retrieval and reporting.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with office software, particularly Excel, Word, and data management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
