Job Overview

We invite passionate and skilled professionals to join our expanding pediatric mental health team. We are currently on the lookout for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Residents/Supervisees to engage with our outpatient pediatric center. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to create a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Uphold best practices and ethical standards in all aspects of treatment.

Required Skills

  • Strong therapeutic capabilities specific to children and adolescents.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Current Virginia License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or actively pursuing licensure as a Resident/Supervisee.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents in relevant settings.
  • Licensed candidates must be eligible or currently able to panel with all major insurance carriers.
