The Corporate FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Red Bull North America, including providing strategic financial insights and supporting executive decision-making. The role will include partnering with Finance senior leadership overseeing Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution to develop comprehensive financial strategies, forecasts, and analysis to drive financial performance and growth opportunities. Other key responsibilities include various global forecasting and reporting requirements, collaborating with global Finance and Controlling counterparts on both content and technical elements of the global planning initiatives and delivering on all globally mandated deadlines. Global reporting requirements are, but not limited to, three official planning cycles (business planning, two revised estimates), over twelve latest estimates (profit/loss and cash flow outlooks), and month end close profit/loss, balance sheet, cash flow commentaries.

PLANNING THE PROFIT AND LOSS AND BALANCE SHEET STATEMENTS

Lead the development and execution of the financial planning processes across the US beverage and marketing entities, including the annual business plan, revised plans and informal year-to-go estimates. Create, align, and partner with the various Finance teams to adhere to the financial planning process. Design, collaborate, and build tools to aid in developing forecasts. Analyze and challenge plan submissions on accuracy and reasonableness of forecasts. Own and develop the planning of the balance sheet and cash flow statements.

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL DATA

Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends and risks, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve support business growth, profitability, and financial outcomes. Prepare and distribute management reporting that highlights specific risks, trends, and results against major KPIs to support management in decision making. Create, distribute, and consolidate multifunctional reports to analyze departmental results versus plan. Collaborate with the finance teams to understand the dynamics and trends affecting RBNA’s financial position. Identify cost saving measures to engender more efficient use of company resources. Promote efficiency to minimize time spent for report generation and to increase time for analysis, commenting and insights sharing. Utilize knowledge of RBNA’s financial structure & processes to perform ad-hoc analyses. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, coordinating closely with the accounting team and other departments.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Design and build new tools to utilize, plan and analyze the company’s financial data. Aid in the development of departmental tools and systems. Develop strategies on how to use the company’s data to drive beneficial performance outcomes.

ADMINISTRATION OF ANALYSIS APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION

Maintain the master data of the planning and reporting systems. Understand and adhere to the global and local reporting requirements. Own the documentation repository for the planning/analysis structures, systems, procedures, and best practices.

COMPLIANCE AND CONTROLS

Assist with local and global financial initiatives to improve cost controlling while ensuring a proper balance of control, transparency, and efficiency across all functional departments. Ensure compliance with the Company’s controlling guidelines through developing resources, communicating with the finance teams, and performing training. Ensure master data quality and verifies the consistency of the controlling structure.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 5-8 years of work experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role; consumer-packaged goods industry experience a plus.
  • Big Four Public Accounting Firm experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative discipline. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills adept at identifying trends and variances.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts, influence and engage senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with integrated business analysis tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BI, ERP) is a plus.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, be proactive and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

    The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 (depending on experience) + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
