Your Role
As a BCBA, you’ll develop tailored treatment programs and mentor staff to ensure positive behavioral progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and create effective BIPs.
- Analyze and adjust data-driven programs.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families to design actionable goals.
- Document all client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Advanced degree in ABA or a related field.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
