Talent Acquisition Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own and drive our internal hiring processes. This fully remote position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about recruiting top talent. You will manage the entire hiring pipeline, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting – Oversee the hiring process for all internal roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Offer Management – Present offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth acceptance process.
  • Background Checks – Conduct background screenings for all new hires as part of our verification process.
  • HR Systems & Onboarding
    • Add contractors into Deel and W2 employees into Gusto for payroll and compliance.
    • Ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Pipeline Ownership – Maintain and optimize the internal hiring pipeline to ensure efficiency and transparency across all hiring activities.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute efficient recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced Environment. Experience in construction or a related field is a plus!

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Deel, Gusto, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Strong Communication: Ability to present offer letters and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

Attention to Detail: Experience handling background checks and onboarding compliance processes.

Remote Work Experience: Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
