Job Purpose

  • To manage and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.

Key Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure invoicing in timely manner
  • Monitor, manage and track client Region Age Debt

Key Direct Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Director in the day to day running of the account
  • Responsible for assisting with the full order process, sending supplier briefs, working on costings, preparing quotations
  • Managing the end order process, checking deliveries with suppliers and confirming updated to the client
  • Ensuring orders are invoiced correctly and in a timely manner
  • Managing Tracking & Report data for weekly updates
  • Joining calls with customers alongside the AD to discuss new briefings, updates etc
  • Competent on Microsoft office applications
  • Time management and ability to work to deadlines
  • Proactiveness very important on the account
  • Works well independently when set a task but also a team player
  • Willingness to learn and go the extra mile for our client
