Director of Quality Management

Compensation: $111K 150K

Duration: Direct Hire, full time

Location: Onsite near Raleigh, NC

Overview

Our client, a well-known company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Director of Quality Management. In this role you will oversee quality performance, accreditation, patient relations, infection prevention, policy management, and patient safety using a system-wide approach. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Joint Commission and regulatory standards, core measures, and patient safety initiatives. You will lead risk management activities, root cause analysis, and peer review processes, prepare/present quality reports to leadership as well as coordinate certification and regulatory programs. This role reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality and safety
• CPHQ and CPPS certifications (or obtain within one year)
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work independently
• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong track record of healthcare quality/safety improvements

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Master’s degree
• RN license preferred

Certifications

• CPHQ (Required)
• CPPS (Required)
