Milrose Consultants is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our large expanding company! This position will split time between two offices within New York City.

With over 30 years of experience, Milrose is a leading national provider of building code compliance and consulting solutions, serving clients and agencies across the U.S. Our expertise includes areas such as code analysis, land use, zoning, and permit expediting.

Position Overview:

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. This role will collaborate with leadership teams and key stakeholders to drive the HR strategy aligned with business goals. This individual will be critical in providing expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and overall workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner with senior leaders to create a positive employee experience, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business managers on all HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions to drive business success.
  • Lead talent planning and workforce strategies, ensuring that the business has the right talent to meet current and future objectives.
  • Address employee concerns, provide coaching to managers, and guide on conflict resolution, ensuring that the work environment is fair, inclusive, and aligned with company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set clear performance expectations and implement effective performance management systems, including coaching and development plans.
  • Support leadership in driving organizational change, including structuring teams and roles, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and best practices. Work with the legal team to manage risk and resolve any employee-related legal issues.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, improve retention, and build a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, mainly within a strategic HRBP role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Experience working within Private Equity firms a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, regularly scheduled for at least 40 hours per week. Our required hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm EST.

Compensation And Benefits

Milrose Consultants LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data and individual qualifications.

  • Annual Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000.00 USD
