What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Initiate phone calls with physicians’ offices to connect them with pharmacy team members and patients
- Research and resolve prescription issues to ensure patients receive necessary medications
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously while documenting information accurately
- Respond to inbound calls regarding prescription orders and provide detailed assistance
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in typing and PC skills, including Microsoft Office
