What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Initiate phone calls with physicians’ offices to connect them with pharmacy team members and patients
• Research and resolve prescription issues to ensure patients receive necessary medications
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously while documenting information accurately
• Respond to inbound calls regarding prescription orders and provide detailed assistance
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills, including Microsoft Office
