About The Role
Core HR Administration and Processes:
- Support the administration of recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
- Coordinate the induction and onboarding of new employees to foster a strong start within the company.
- Manage administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HR systems and personnel files.
Employee Engagement And Wellbeing
- Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support the People & Culture team in fostering a positive work environment through employee-focused campaigns.
Training And Development
- Ensure accurate maintenance of training records and schedules.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programs, helping to enhance workforce skills.
Policy And Best Practices
- Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
- Support compliance with employment laws and regulations across NI, UK, and ROI.
Other Projects
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture, contributing to strategic objectives.

Desired Criteria
- 3rd level education in a related discipline (Human Resources; Business Studies, Information Systems etc.)
- CIPD qualified or working towards
Required Criteria
- 3 year’s administrative experience gained in a HR Environment
- Previous experience working within an administrative role
- Proficient IT Skills, inc. Excel, Powerpoint
- Working knowledge of NI, UK and ROI Employment legislation and HR Good practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Able to work on initiative
- Ability to adopt a variety of approaches dependent upon situation and context
- Self motivated

- Willing to undertake training
- Able to operate outside core hours when required and travel to other sites on occasions
