Responsibilities

Input financial data into our accounting system and ensure its accuracy.

Maintain organized record-keeping systems for various financial documents.

Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness before data entry.

Assist with the preparation of reports and summaries as needed for accounting purposes.

Respond to inquiries regarding data entry and records management from team members.

Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Update and maintain data files regularly to ensure all information is current and accurate.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or related field is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.

Previous experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting environment, is highly desirable.
