We are currently growing and looking for the next great Physiotherapist to join our expanding team and service our wonderful clients across greater Hobart, Tasmania.
Providing quality Physiotherapy services within Aged Care Facilities, as well as the potential for HCP and NDIS community visits, you will deliver impactful, quality-of-life enhancing services and make a real difference in client’s lives. What You’ll Be Doing
Working with Our Physio Co, you’ll provide Physiotherapy services including:
Provide physiotherapy services to aged care residents with a range of health conditions of musculosketal, orthopaedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory origin.
Assess client needs and design appropriate client centred, evidence-based treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
Complete falls assessments and implement falls prevention measures to optimise client safety
Complete functional assessments and provide manual handling and care advice to clinical and care teams
Advocate on behalf of your client with key stakeholders and government bodies
Complete equipment assessments and prescribe equipment to assist clients
Be an effective and proactive member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the holistic wellbeing of clients
The Successful Candidate
Will have or be required to obtain:
AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
Criminal History Check
Professional Indemnity Insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Driver’s License and access to Vehicle
Other Relevant Compliance Requirements Required For The Role
