Job Overview

Camilsons Group is seeking a Mid-Level AC Repair Technician to join our team full-time on a contract basis. The position will serve in the locations of Benaulim, Navelim, and Kankon. The role involves maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC systems to identify mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on air conditioning units for various customer segments.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations for refrigerant handling and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs for accurate reporting and future reference.
• Respond promptly to service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.
• Recommend solutions for AC system improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure workspaces and tools are organized, maintained, and safe for use.
• Collaborate with clients to provide maintenance recommendations and operational guidance.
