Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and analytical fresher for the position of Data Analyst to join our dynamic team full-time at our Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in data analysis and be adept at utilizing various analytical tools and technologies to drive insights and inform decision-making processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau (Good to have) to manage and interpret data, create visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.
• Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tasks within frameworks.
• Experience in using ETL Tools for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into databases.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, patterns, and insights within complex data sets, enabling informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers that impact the organization’s strategic initiatives.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven strategies for business growth and performance improvement.
