Minimum of 5 years of experience in packing, dispatch, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Experience in solar panel or renewable energy manufacturing is highly desirable

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of packing materials, methods, and logistics processes.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and dispatch software.
Good understanding of quality control processes and packaging standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
