Production Worker

Operate and monitor machinery or equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Assemble or fabricate products according to specific instructions or blueprints.

Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tools and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Pack finished products for shipment or storage.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.

Assist with other tasks as required to support production processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced production environment.

May be required to work in noisy or high-temperature conditions.

Use of protective equipment, such as gloves and safety goggles, is necessary.
