Job Description

The program administrator will provide reporting, analysis, data entry, and general administrative support on large multi-year technology projects. We have designed this role to be a perfect entry-level position for someone with excellent data mining skills and a positive attitude looking to grow their career at the intersection of technology and government. This role will begin with tasks focused on historical and present program reporting, which will require the use of Excel, SAP, and other tools, to extract and analyze data.

Job Duties Will Include

  • Build templates, data trackers, and reports based on historical, current, and future project information.
  • Mine data from records to ensure all program requirements are documented, maintained, and reported on.
  • Ensure file and document management of all program records, ensuring adequate record keeping.
  • Coordinate various program records, including those related to security clearances, controlled goods, industrial and technology benefits, Indigenous participation, contract renewals, and carbon offset.
  • Flag and report on program risks, including expiring contracts, clearances, due invoices, etc.
  • Prepare reports and analyses for internal and external audits, including customer and government program audits and reviews.
  • Complete required data entry into SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Participate in and record minutes in program-related meetings as required
  • Supporting program change orders, contract amendments, invoicing, claims, payroll analysis, onboarding, security clearances, and other aspects of the program life cycle as assigned.
  • Other administrative and coordination duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and other MS products
  • Advanced skills in data mining and report creation
  • Experience with SAP
  • Two years of related experience, preferable in an environment with highly complex requirements
  • Must be able to obtain a secret-level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Bilingual in French and English.

This is a two-year fixed-term contract with the option to convert to perm upon completion. This role is planning to be based in the office 4 days per week, but we are open to negotiation on final arrangements.
