About the Role: As a Document Controller, you’ll be at the heart of complex projects for our Energy and Marine customers. You will manage, organize, and ensure the accuracy of project documentation, collaborating closely with project managers to keep everything running smoothly.

This position can be based in either Kolding, Denmark or Espoo, Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all project documentation, ensuring it’s up-to-date and compliant.
  • Implement document control processes and maintain proper storage.
  • Collaborate across departments and support training on document control.
  • Help keep projects on track by ensuring timely document deliverables.
  • Assist in audits and inspections with well-prepared reports.

Who You Are: You’re a team player who thrives on collaboration and customer focus. Your proactive, service-minded attitude drives you to seize opportunities and create impact. You enjoy contributing to a positive work culture and making a real difference.

What You Bring:

  • A technical degree or experience in document control or project management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Energy or Marine industries.
  • Proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Swedish, and English is required.
