Job Description

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably has relevant work experience related to research and development.
• Possess advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with computer design software including AutoCAD.
• Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

• Implement improvement projects in housing construction with a great desire for efficiency and timely delivery.
• Design processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train operators and contractors on new processes implemented.
• Work with contractors and site engineers in the implementation of Research and Development (R&D) projects.
• Consider the possibility of staying on-site during experimental phase of project implementation.
