Manager – Property

What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll manage the end-to-end portfolio, including leasing, new tenant onboarding, proactive listing of vacancies, renewals, and rent reviews.
- You’ll identify stakeholder needs, understand business drivers, and prepare recommendations for line manager approval on changes and new requests.
- You’ll maintain high property standards, conduct regular inspections, and address risk, safety, and security concerns.
- You’ll oversee day-to-day relationships with tenants and stakeholders, efficiently handling requests for space and escalating to the head for approval.
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree in business administration with 5-7 years of experience.
- You should have a strong understanding of the key drivers in the property management business, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships, resolve issues, and drive business success.
- You should be able to demonstrate success in delivering projects and programs within a commercial setting, working efficiently with third parties, and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
