Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences.
  • Build rapport with guests and create a personalized experience.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades or dining reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Prepare guest correspondence and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the guest relations team.
