We are seeking a versatile Product Marketing Manager with strong generalist marketing skills to join our growing team. This role will work closely with Sales to drive business development growth, while also providing critical support for our broader growth marketing strategy.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, and the primary liaison between Marketing and the Sales and Product teams as we work to promote our suite of healthcare solutions. You will also provide support across a range of growth marketing functions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with experience in sales enablement, product positioning, and growth marketing principles, comfortable with a broad range of marketing tasks.

This is a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborate across teams, and directly impact customer engagement and growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work with Sales and Product teams to develop marketing campaigns and collateral in support of our software solutions. While Product will be a major focus, you will also support with a range of growth marketing initiatives.

  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze marketing performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities, refine campaigns, and drive strategic decision-making in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Product Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging sales collateral, email marketing, video content, and organic channels.
  • Marketing Collateral: Work with sales and design teams to create high-quality sales and marketing collateral for sales pitch decks, account management reviews, product launches and updates.
  • Use CRM Tools to Optimize Marketing Campaigns and Analytics: Manage marketing automation, workflows, marketing tools (email, landing pages, forms, etc.), and evaluate/drive improvements within our marketing funnels and data collection as needed.
  • Growth Marketing Funnel Optimization: Identify and/or assist in implementing opportunities to scale demand generation and user acquisition through data-driven strategies.
  • Writing: Write and edit high-quality copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Versatile Marketer: You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and have experience across several different marketing domains.
  • Product Marketing Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or generalist marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • HubSpot Experience: Hands-on experience in HubSpot or similar tool is required (Marketing Hub tools, Workflow automations). Certifications are a plus.
  • Action Bias: You are happiest when you are pushing large initiatives forward, solving multi-faceted problems, or making as much impact with your time as possible.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You are skilled in making informed decisions based on A/B testing, user research, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Adaptable Collaborator: You are comfortable working with distributed teams across various locations and time zones.
  • Analytical Thinker: You apply systems thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Basic Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Google Slides, etc.): You have an ability to translate high-level sales and marketing needs and work with designers to create concise, high-quality collateral.
  • Attention to Detail: When it comes to customer-facing content, you sweat the small stuff. You are not satisfied with mediocre work and strive for excellence.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You continuously seek new ideas and approaches to enhance our marketing strategies and processes.
  • Strong Writing and Communication: You are a strong writer and communicator, compelling storyteller, and can convey complex concepts succinctly in written form.
