Position Overview
The Regional Director role is accountable for the performance and operations of all store locations within a designated region. This strategic role, leads a team of Area Managers, who oversee Store Managers of each location. This role establishes alignment with company objectives, while delivering key results, and standardizing all operational functions. By fostering a high-performance culture, the Regional Director focuses on delivering high touch client experiences, cultivating employee development, and optimizing business results across the region.
Responsibilities
- Strategically lead the communication and implementation of all operational initiatives across areas of responsibility.
- Drive and exceed KPIs across all stores, ensuring efficiency, customer service, and achieving performance targets at each location.
- Analyze and manage store-level operations, optimizing labor allocation and staffing needs based on demand forecasting, market trends, and business needs.
- Collaborate with Area Managers during regular store visits, providing leadership coaching, and direction to achieve all business objectives and targets.
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse and high-performing leadership team, ensuring a talent pipeline that supports both current and future opportunities.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning by coaching and mentoring managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and career growth.
- Cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and empowering environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and service excellence for both team members and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior-level, multi-unit management experience, within retail or salon environments. Proven track record of driving success and achieving objectives across multiple locations.
- A passion for the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics.
- A strategic mindset and commitment to company growth, consistently seeking opportunities to innovate, create more efficiency, and optimize performance.
- Strong leadership skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration, empowerment, and cultivates a results driven environment.
- Flexible, full-time availability with a responsibility to travel across multiple markets (Austin, Houston & Dallas).

The Pay Range For This Role Is
100,000 – 130,000 USD per year(Austin Regional Location)
100,000 – 130,000 USD per year(Dallas Regional Location)
100,000 – 130,000 USD per year(Houston Regional Location)
