UI/UX Designer

GoHire Payment Test.inen is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative and intuitive user interfaces for our payment testing platform. You will work closely with our product development team to ensure that our users have a seamless and delightful experience while using our platform.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand user needs and business goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, UI kits, and design systems to ensure a consistent visual language across all products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and implement them into our design process
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to create a cohesive and engaging user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a variety of UI/UX projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with front-end development and coding is a plus
