About You

Your key skills and experience will include:

  • Developing and maintaining multi-faceted relationships within the Upper North Island territory.
  • Project management, consultancy or equivalent management or leadership experience preferred.
  • You’ll be results focused with a proven track record of managing long term business relationships.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the agribusiness sector including the dairy industry.
  • Able to have a strategic view of on farm opportunities and translate these into economic outcomes for the farmer.
  • Be skilled at the collection and statistical analysis of dairy herd and industry related data.
  • Tertiary qualification preferred.

About The Role

This role is part of the NZ Sales team which operates as the channel to our customers and customer voice. The successful candidate will be based in the Upper North Island and will include monthly travel throughout the area, overseeing the North Waikato & King country.

Reporting to the Territory Manager UNI (Upper North Island), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining multi-faceted relationships within the Upper North Island territory.
  • Manipulate large data sets to provide bespoke reporting and analysis for dairy farmers with multiple operations driving evidence-based decision making.
  • Having a strategic view of on farm opportunities that translate to economic outcomes for both the farmer and LIC.
  • Delivering value-driven, innovative solution-focused conversations that lead to business growth.
