The Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Required)
• 1+ years of prior tax preparation & accounting Experience (Required)
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
• Prior experience working in financial services Industry (Preferred)

• Able to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks positively and proactively under tight deadlines
• Exceptional levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and foster great client and staff relationships

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Prepare federal and state individual and corporate, fiduciary/trust tax returns, including estimates
• Prepare and understand monthly financial statements
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
• Assist clients with tax planning and consulting services
• Be able to research accounting and tax issues
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Complete projects in a timely manner with accuracy
• All other duties as assigned

Pay: Starting pay $50,000-$60,000 DOE
